MARIE ALBERT RETURNS PROCEDURES

These are guidelines on how to deal with problems and manufacturer defects related to Marie Albert products.  Marie Albert will support its customers with stand by our product and our quality, so if there are any major issues, we will certainly replace the product.

Filing a claim

In order to file a claim, customers must provide a claim form to the Marie Albert Corporate Offices.

In order to file a claim, Marie Albert requires the following information:

Part number
Part description
SKU number
Photograph of problem
Detailed description of problem

Claim Approval and Making the Repair

If the item can be repaired locally: If the item can be repaired by a local carpenter or cabinet maker, then the customer can organize this in one of two ways. If the customer can source a repair person, then they should get a quote.  If Marie Albert approves the quote then the customer can organize the repair and Marie Albert can either give the customer a credit or send a check to reimburse. If the customer cannot source a repair person, then Marie Albert can source a repair person and send them to the customer’s location.

If the item cannot be repaired locally: If the product has a major problem and cannot be repaired locally, then Marie Albert will replace the item.  To replace items the customer must re-order the product to Marie Albert Corporate office and they need to submit the information listed under section “filing a claim” along with the claim form.
